	The Trunk Considered to be the hub of The Palm, Jumeirah; the Trunk measures 2km long and 450 metre wide, with a central Canal 50 meters wide. Along the left side of the Trunk seven 5-star hotels will be situated, while 20 deluxe apartment buildings will be located on the right side with 10 building facing the canal & 10 building facing beach. 	The Crescent Protecting one of the worlds most unforgettable vacation destinations is The Crescent. This beautifully curved island stretches 11km in length and 200m in width. On the outer side it forms the breakwater whilst on the inner Crescent it is home to a variety of 5-star deluxe hotels, each with their own signature theme and style.
